Carol Pearson has been the Administrative Assistant at St. Luke's for 2 years and has lived in Corpus Christi for 17 years. She has been in administrative and secretarial positions for a number of years, including the Senior Pastor’s assistant at a local church for four years. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Religious Education from Howard Payne University and has taught all levels of Latin and Bible classes at a local Christian School. Her hobbies include her pets, 2 dogs and 2 cats, teaching obedience classes, quilting, crocheting and reading Christian novels.
