Our Pastor
Pamela Dykehouse, MDiv
Pamela Drawe Dykehouse became St. Luke’s pastor in 2008. Previously she served churches in the Waco area while her husband, Jason, completed his doctorate in Religion at Baylor University. Pamela is a native of the South Texas Coastal Bend where she grew up on the Welder Wildlife Refuge and was nurtured in the Christian faith in Sinton First United Methodist Church. She holds a B.A. from Southwestern University in Georgetown and a Master of Divinity from Duke University. While at Duke she interned with a ministry serving immigrants from Mexico and Central America. Earlier Pamela was a US-2 missionary in New Mexico. She enjoys swimming and baking, is a beginning knitter, and has been thinking about taking up kayaking. Jason and Pamela have two children.
