Volunteer Opportunities for St. Luke’s Members — February Edition
Anyone wanting to become more involved in St. Luke’s should take note of the following volunteer opportunities that are currently open:
- A host is needed for the Strengthening Families program held at St. Luke’s on Tuesday and Thursday nights. This person would need to open the doors for the group, provide minor assistance in setting up for the program, and lock the church after the meeting is over.
- If you are interested in serving one another as well as our Lord, prayerfully consider signing up to serve Communion on the first Sundays of each month. Signup sheets can be found at the information table in the Narthex.
- Greeters are needed for all services. Greeters should plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before the service and be ready to give each worshiper a friendly welcome to St. Luke’s. To sign up, contact Haramon Stoops at hcstoops1@gmail.com
- Help is needed on this website! If you’d like to be a reporter, photographer or blogger on the site, just contact Don Cudd at don@doncudd.com anytime. No experience necessary! All members are welcome to contribute to the site.
